In order to accomplish the gathering of data, A survey questionnare was given to the respondents composed of 20 items. The results of the pre-tests computed value for the respondents` weighted mean of level of stree which is 2.35% is higher than that of the post-test, 2.13%. Hence, it was deduced taht there is a significant difference between the level of the stress before and after is a significant difference between the levels of the stress before and after the intervertion. The findings suggest that the Ex-STRESS Yourself Workbook has minimal effectiveness in regulating alcohol intake to stress teenagers in Barangay Santa Teresa, Alfonso, Cavite.: 3; 1 pages; ISBN: - text
