To achieve this quality of cleaning services to be provided, Dr. Clean will be hiring employees that are professionally trained in the field of cleaning. The nature of the business is an "On call Janitorial Services". Dr. Clean is just one call away from those who wanted to avail cleaning services. The company will use environmental friendly chemicals to reduce the unnecessary effect to the environment. Dr. Clean found its perfect match when it comes to green cleaning. The supplier of the company will be the Power Clean Chemicals which is a company that provides eco-friendly chemicals at a very affordable price. The maker of the chemicals of the Power clean is also a trusted company in which currently undergoing a process for ISO Certification. Dr. Clean offers services such as general cleaning in which the company will provide dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning and kitchen cleaning. This will cost P700. Another service that the company offers is floor polishing/waxing. This service will provide dusting and vacuuming of the floor with the help also of some floor chemicals cleaner. This service also includes floor polishing/waxing through the use of spray buff solution. The service will cost P500. Dr. Clean also offers Shampoo service. This includes cleaning of carpet, office chairs and mattress. The service will cost P500. And lastly Dr. Clean also offers window, blinds and curtains cleaning. The company will vacuum the curtains and blinds, windows will be cleaned by the proper window cleaner. The service will cost P500. Dasmarinas is considered as one of the fastest growing city in terms of businesses. There are a lot of new establishments, and offices that are located around the area. This is what made the place a good spot for putting up Dr. Clean Janitorial services head office at Amethyst 2 | P a g e bldg. MetrogateDasmarinas Cavite. The business is targeting those establishments and offices around the area. Until the present, no Janitorial Services Company exists in the area. This means that there is no direct competitor near the location that would possibly affect the entrant of Dr. Clean in the market. The study formally started via the distribution of the surveys to 60 respondent offices and establishments who were located at the area of the target market. Consequently, data analysis has led the researchers to the identification of the profile of the target market and its demand for the janitorial services. The data were then used for the basis for further information such as sales, production requirements and all other financial aspects. Dr. Clean shall employ seven employees whose positions are janitors, driver and receptionist that will undertake the operations of the company. The company is a partnership business. The researchers, whose names appear as the owner of the business, two of them will be financed by their relatives and the other one will finances by his self.
