With Lotus Happy Feet, people are sure that they could get the worth of their money to be spent in the firm`s shoes because today, Filipinos look not only for the quality and price but also on design. A shoe customizing firm, Lotus Happy Feet seeks to provide quality pair of shoes, with the design of every client at a good price. The target markets of the firm are the people residing in Silang, Cavite. This would be the stage wherein customizing shoes will be launched and tested for possible expansion in other areas of Cavite or the entire country. The researchers conducted a survey to gather information necessary about their target market. The survey said that 59% are interested and willing to buy a pair of customized shoes in the firm. But the quality of the shoes to be offered by the firm should be properly observed because it`s the primary reason why they would decide to patronize the new product offerings of the firm. Lotus Happy Feet will distribute its products through business- client interactions in its firm that is located in Silang, Cavite where they would interact with their clients if they want to provide their own shoes and design or the firm`s. The firm will provide different marketing strategies. It will give flyers post tarpaulins and advertise in the internet through the social media like facebook and twitter, etc. Since every client has the freedom to choose if they will buy the plain shoes in the firm and the design, the prices varies according to the chosen package. Php 750.00 is the price for Package 1; Php 550.00 for Package 2; Php 200.00 for Package 3. The number of colours to be used will also affect the price of the customized shoes. Lotus Happy Feet is a company that will be composed of only 4 people because it is just new in the market. The owner could be the manager and head of the company. The company must hire prospective and good employees to boost production and sale Lotus Happy Feet will be located at Poblacion 2, Silang, Cavite that has a total area of 8x10 meters to be be rented for Php 20, 000.00 a month. Renovations will be made which will cost Php 20, 000.00. The capital requirement of the proposed business is Php 405, 780. The payback period will be after 2 years and 143 days. : |
