| Extent | The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of chromotheraphy in reducing stress among 18 selected Senior High School students in Far Eastern University Cavite. The data was obtained through the instruments used such as survey questionnaire termed as a Perceived Stress Scale and a Chromo Journal wherein chromotheraphy had been incorporated in. Based on the results, the stress level among students with low which stressors such as academic stress, family discord, and emotional stress were the specific factors. The findings had indicated that chromotheraphy is an effective treatment to the students who underwent stress due to the specific factors.: |
