Location Its location is what makes the institution an ideal venture for the area. Cavite, in the CALABARZON Region is becoming a center of development in academic institutions offering diverse programs. It boasts of increasing number educational institutions that is being established and that which offer Accounting Programs. Ideally, the Cavite Accountancy Review Center (C-ARC) will be the first Review Center in the CALABARZON. So the clients will be sourced mainly from schools offering accounting course within the Silang vicinity, nearby municipalities and region itself. Indirect Competitors In establishing FEUARC, it expects significant competition within the education industry, particularly, the existing review schools near the vicinity. Although it does not consider any direct competitors, even other review schools are offering the same services, they have different markets because there are no existing review schools in Silang and other near municipalities of Cavite, but it will compete with indirect competitors such as Review Schools located in Manila. Demand There are many factors to be considered to determine the demand for review school. These determinants of demand in CPA Professionals itself, convenience and the number of clients in the market. As CPA Licensure Examination is scheduled twice a year, there is a high probability that most of the accountancy students will enroll in the institution. Furthermore, the higher the demand xi | P a g e of CPA Professionals, the higher number of accountancy students that will pursue the licensure examination. Since FEU ARC is the first review school that will be located in Cavite, particularly in Silang, there is a high demand for the services that FEU ARC will offer, being an accessible review school. Thus, FEU ARC can fill the in the needs of these accountancy students in the vicinity of Silang and around the province of Cavite. It is recommended: For C- ARC to hire effective and well-experienced reviewers in order to provide quality service, but the reviewer may need higher salary.
