Summary: A novel translation from Spanish into Filipino. A satire, it tells the story of a Spanish king`s desire to see his own queen naked, a desire frustrated by the powerful Catholic clergy. His turning to Marfisa, a most beautiful and clever prostitute, instead of quenching his ardor only inflames it. Meanwhile, in the rest of the kingdom, mysterious sightings of snakes, cracks in the ground and flying beings are reported even as Spain prepares to do battle with England and Flanders.
