 - Monte Cristo Research and Educational Institute was established in 2005 by educators who wished to contribute for the development of the country through provision of high quality standard of education to Filipino children with the least cost. The old name of Monte Cristo Research and Educational Institute was Monteverde Learning Center. The Principal of Monte Cristo Research and Educational Institute is Mr. Danny Pacaldo.                     The school building is situated at the heart of General Mariano Alvarez and accesible to its neighboring towns. The Monte Cristo Research and Educational Institute provide the basic knowledge and develops foundation skills, attitudes, and values which are essential to the learner`s personal development to enable him/her to adjust easily to the changing social milieu, it provides learning experiences which develop and enhance the learner`s orientation to work and to prepare him/her for effective and constructive involvement in honest and gainful work. It instills discipline and love of God, care for oneself and nature.
