<extent>This study aims to determine the effect of Finger, Japanese and Lattice Multiplication program and Conventional method on the improvement of the multiplication skills of selected Grade 2 students of Pansin Elementary School in Brgy. Luksuhin, Alfonso, Cavite. This followed a quantitative, quasi experimental design and used purposive samplong to determine the respondents. The respondents undergone the pretest, FJL program and the posttest to gauge their multiplication competencies before and after the implementation of the FJL Program. The instrument used for the pretest andpostest where validated by validators. The pre-test and post-testresults were evaluated and carefully analyzed. The pre-test average score was 13.47 while the post-test average score was 17.79. It also showed that there is a significant difference between the results since the p value 0.00 is less than 0.05. It is quit apparent how the FJL program has improved the multiplication skills of the selected Grade 2 students. Educators, along with the Department of Education may consider adding and introducing the FJL strategies as this will help in effective and efficient problem-solving skills for multiplication and help improve the overall performance of the school especially when measuring the efficiency of the educators in Mathematics subject.
