- This study aims to produce papers made from the 50% short fibers of Carabao`s excrement mixed with 50% long fibers of Abacato contribute to the preservation of tree resources. Since tress are being used as the main raw material in the production of papers. The researches developed an alternarive raw material in the production of papers. The researchers developed an alternative raw material in the production of papers that could substitute the trees in the long run. This experiment was conducted in a laboratory that has substitute the trees in the long ru. This experiment was conducted was conducted in a laboratory that has equipment that could make the production quickly. The researchers produced three (3) kinds of paper with different composition of fibers. The first (1st) paper is a paper made 100% fibers from Carabao`s excrement. The second (2nd) paper is the paper with 50% fibe from Carabao`s excrement and 50% fiber of Abaca. They have also produced a positive control group that would be the basis of the strength of the final output which is the paper made from 100% old corrugated container. The papers produced were tested according to its Burst Index, Tearing, Basis Weigth, and Thickness. By testing these four (4) physical properties of the paper the researchers were able to compare the final output to the positive control group and it shows a large difference between the outputs. The paper that has is composed of 100% fibers from Carabao`s excrement and long fibers of Abaca shows that it is greater in strength compared to the positive control group of the researchers.
