The 25 mice were divided into 3 setups, the negative control group which used distilled water as the analgesic, positive control group which used aspirin, and the expeimental setup which used 3 different test was done to the mice. The tail-flick test and paw-licking test. The concentrations were compared to each other in order to know which is the most effective among the three. The concentrations were compared to aspirin, and on water. Results showed that 75% concentration is the most effective among the three according to the results of tail flick test, and less effective according to the result of paw lick test. 75% concentration showed more effectively compared to water as analgesic.: 2 1 pages 0
