Through a quantitative approach, pre-determined survey questions were used to interpret the respondents` perspectives regarding the relationship between intership programs, self-efficacy, and critical thinking an employability. In conclusion, critical thinking may be considered the most essential among the variables studied. It is recommended that future researchers use the framework of this study in consideration of other factors that may affect employability. It is also encouraged for further studies to apply other demographic delimitations, like a different professional criterion, to expand the knowlegde of employability.: b1 a1 pages d0 aThesis a0 atext aUnmediated 4avolume
