We aim to determine the degree of relationship and extent of the predictive value of communication technologies and personality traits on white -collars workers performance under post-pandemic transition. Furthermore, we categorize personality traits into five dimensions which are estraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness and neuroticism. In conclusion, extraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness and neuroticism achieve significance in predicting white-collar workers` performance. With the outcome of a nonsignificant predictor of employee performance, which is communication technology, future research is recommended.: b1 a1 pages d0 aThesis a0 atext aUnmediated 4avolume 2lccctdadsolimenb2025-04-02 17:20:08ddsolimene2025-04-02 17:20:08 b0c0d0e1f0g0h0i0j0 a13414 c13260d13260
