The proposed business will be located at Hill Crest Plaza, found along Tagaytay- Nasugbu Highway. The target markets are primarily women whose age ranges from 15 to 60 years old. Considering Tagaytay as a tourist destination, it can be a great opportunity for Zapata to be recognized and gain prospective customers. Since there is no shoe manufacturing business present in the area, Zapata will not have many indirect competitors other than Natasha, The tiangge, and other shoe stores in The District. Thus, there is a big opportunity for the Zapata to be successful in the said market. Zapata is a partnership business wherein the capital requirements are to be financed by the researchers, coming from their personal loans. It shall employ (10) ten employees whose positions are shoe maker, bag maker, cashier and store keeper to undertake all the operations of the shoe store. They will be given the minimum wage rate based in Tagaytay City, Cavite. Zapata is expected to have its return on investment on its fourth year of operation after incurring continuous loss for the prior years.: | 1 pages text

Place hold on A Feasibility study on Zapata :

Biolard: The development of biodiesel from pork lard with ethanol blend as a generator engines' alternative fuel. /
<dc:identifier>ISBN:text</dc:identifier>

By STEM.
English : High School Library, .
The Philippines has been reliant on fossil fuels, and due to the wide dependence on this energy source, fossil fuels tend to contribute to the depletion of the natural environment. Biodiesel has been a known fuel alternative that may possibly ease the problem on the country`s energy deficiency. The study focused on the production of biodiesel from pork lard to generate electricity. There were three biodiesel samples which consisted of 6:1, 7:1, and 8:q cetane number, density, and kinematic viscosity. These parameters were compared to the descriptive statistics for the treatment of the data. The findings have shown that the three Biolard samples did not meet the requirements of the PNS, but were within the specifications of the international standards in terms of some parameters. There were also unidentified samples that could be best used for generator engines for the values of the results went either beyond or under the specifications of the country. Thus, the BioLard products were ineffective as an alternative fuel for generator engines and were proven unfit for commercialization.: | 1 pages text

Place hold on Biolard:

A feasibility study on "Churuit" /
<dc:identifier>ISBN:text</dc:identifier>

English : High School Library, .
: | 1 pages text

Place hold on A feasibility study on "Churuit" /
