The proponents conducted the study within the school of Far Eastern University - Cavite. The proponents identified the common problems encourtered by the school during evaluation; the proponents proposed the development of Web Based Teacher`s Evaluation System for Far Eastern College - Cavite. Related studies are focused on the research or analysis pertaining to the creation of the system. Related systems are systems that are already launched by other developers that are related to the proposed system. Lastly, synopsis is the conclusion of the chapter two wherein it tackles how the related literatures, studies, systems will benefit on creating the system. Chapter 3 presents the research methodologies, system objectives, the paradigm or system development life cycle, the feasibilty study that consists of technical feasibility, operational feasibility, political feasibility, schedule feasibility and economic feasibility. The cost and benefit analysis presents the total development cost, annual benefit, payback period and return of investment. The logical and physical design contains ERD on Entity Relationship Diagram, Network Architecture, and Activity Diagram. The logical and physical design also includes the narrative for each diagram. Chapter 4, this chapter presents the data gathered out of the instruments in the study in relation with the problem statement presented in chapter 1. The proponents included the systems evaluation (Q Test) to the systems security, interface design, reability, functionality and maintainability. The proponents come up with the evaluation using the sampling design. The respondents will be the students and IT experts. The system`s evaluation was conducted by 33 end-users and 7 expert users, with a total of 40 respondents. The overall evaluation result is 4.47 and 4.03 for front-end users and IT experts respectively. Therefore from the level of satisfaction table (refer to table 6.0), the interpretation is very good so the system is considered to be acceptable. Chapter 5, in this chapter, the proponents shows the summary of findings, conclusion and reccomendation. The summary of findings presents the satisfaction and acceptance for the system from different criterion. The conclusion response on the system objectives on chapter 1. Chapter 1 presents the studies of the Development of a Mobile Planner application, specifically for the Android Smartphone users. The chapter contains the problem of the statement, purpose of the study, conceptual framewrok, project description, scope limitation and delimitations and the significanceof the study. The study aims to resolve issues regarding Time Management. Time management is an act of which can only be controlled in a critical manner to produce efficiency and productivity of an individual person. The objective of the study is to provide a combined feature of activities in an event . In Chapter 2, the proponents indicated the review of related literatures, studies and systems. The literatures help in acquaring the basic idea of the nature of the application. Related studies discussed facts that form techniques in creating the application. And related systems provide a sample or an existing system or application that was assoociated to the proposed application. The contents had been a great contribution in developing the application. Chapter 3 discussed the way how the application was developed. Systems objective was presented as a guide to the developers in studying the flow of what should comes first by relying to development phase from planning, analyzing, designing to testing the progress of the application. The chapter also includes feasibility studies that involves technical, operational, economic, schedule and political feasibility. By that, the developers had planned on what language to use and the development tool. Moreover, this chapter provided the visual representations of the flow of data, interaction of the user and the activity that was formed. Chapter 4 showcased the results when the proponent conducted several surveys and data gathering and been evaluated by common users to prove the following study of the said system, that it will be essential in doing its functions; and also to meet the systems objective. The proponents come up with the evaluation using the sampling design. The respondents will be a student, businessman, employee, and professors. In addition, the application has been evaluated in specific categories in terms of functionality, reliability, security, maintenance and design. The respondents was also categorize into two; the expert an front-end users where in the total number of required experts was 10 and 20 persons in front-end users. Each respondent ranked the application in a scale of Agree with a range of 4.51-3.50. For the Q-Test evaluation for reliability, the value of front-end is 0.667 while the expert is 0.5 which shows that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95% and 99%. For usability, the corresponding Q-Test value of front-end is 0.333 while the expert is 0.5 which shows that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95%, 99%. For security, the corresponding Q-Test value of front-end is 0.25 while the expert is 0.75 which shows that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95%, and 99% confidence level. For interace design, the corresponding Q-Test value of frond-end is 0.6 while the expert 0.4 shows that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95%, and 99% confidence level. And lastly, for functionality. The corresponding Q-Test value of front-end is 0.08 while the expert is 0.5 which shows that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95% and 99% confidence level it means that the Mobile Planner passed the quality testing. Indicated in chapter 5 was the summary of findings which condences the result of the application after it was implemented, evaluated, and updated. The system was able to get good evaluation in terms of security, design, functionality, maintability, reability, and risk management, wherein the developers meet the objective of the study. The evaluators gave a result with an average of 4.228 with the descriptive interpretation of very good. For the Q-test evaluation for security, front end user got 0.55 while the expert user got 0.67, design for front end user got 0.46 while the expert user got 0.8, functionality for front end 0.50 and expert user 0.75, maintability for front end got 0.63 while for expert user got 1, risk mangement end user got 1 whileexpert user got 0.4, reliability for front end user got 1 and for the exper user got 0.25 which means that the evaluation is passed the 90%, 95% and 99% confidence level. In Chapter 5 the proponents presents the summary of findings, conclusion and recommendations. In Chapter 2, the developers presented the review of related literature, study, and system. The gathered data supports the developers` cognitive ideas in developing the system. Related literature tackles the basic information that is related to the system. Related studies discuss the information for the support of creating the game Filipinas. Lastly related system research discusses the system that are related to the game Filipinas. The developers provided several fact and connected gathered data in relation to the Historia, a Philippine Revolution Three Dimensional Role Playing Game. The proponents used PHP programming language for the system to be made possible and SQL in PhPMyAdmin to make database for the information that needs to be saved. When the proponents decided to create Web-based Cashless Ordering and Reservation System, the proponents decided to provide the university (FEU-Cavite) the system. They also determine the problems that the establishment are experiencing and analyzed on what will be the main objective that the system will provide for the establishment. In Chapter 2, the proponents discussed about the related literatures and systems that they will use. Most of the related literatures and systems gave the proponents great idea on what will be design and flow of the system. In Chapter 3, the proponents discussed the methodology used in the research. There, the diagrams that are used by the proponents are shown like the data flow diagram, etc. It is also discussed if the system is really feasible or possible to implement. The system was tested by having the Cost-Benefit Analysis. In Chapter 4 contains the evaluation of the system if it passed the front-end users and Expert-Users` expectation of the system. The evaluation is divided in four (4) criteria which are the maintability, reliability, security and design. The respondents was also categorized in to two; the expert and front-endusers. The proponents used mean, median mode to determine the overall average of the evaluation of the system. In order to calculate the mean average a set of related numbers (or data set) is required. At least two numbers are needed in order to calculate the mean. The numbers need to be linked or related to each other in some way to have any meaninngful result. Each respondent ranked the system in a scale of Very Good which is 4.24 in overall mean. For the Q-test evaluation for maintability, the value of front-end is 0.438 while the expert is 0 which indicates that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95%, and 99%. For the Q-test evaluation for reliability, the value of front-end is 0.187 while expert is 0 which indicates that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95%, and 99%. For the Q-test evaluation for security, the value of front-end is 0.187 while the expert is 0.259 while the expert is 0.5 which shows that the evaluation passed the 90%, 95%, and 99% confidence level which shows that the system passed the evaluation. In Chapter 5, the proponents discussed the result of the evaluation, conclusion and the reccomendations of the front-end users and evpert users.
