We would like to introduce a new ingredient made up of squash. Squash is a vegetable which has an orange-colored flesh, is also an excellent source of beta-carotene. It is rich in carotenoid and antioxidantwhich our bodies convert to Vitamin A, a nutrient essential for good eyesight and proper growth. It also contains a complex carbohydrate, potassium, niacin, iron and dietary fiber.
