_aCommunication technology and personality traits may influence the performance of an employee. We aim to determine the degree of relationship and extent of the predictive value of communication technologies and personality traits on white -collars workers performance under post-pandemic transition. Furthermore, we categorize personality traits into five dimensions which are estraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness and neuroticism. In conclusion, extraversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness and neuroticism achieve significance in predicting white-collar workers` performance. With the outcome of a nonsignificant predictor of employee performance, which is communication technology, future research is recommended.: _b1 |
