The data was obtained through the instruments used such as survey questionnaire termed as a Perceived Stress Scale and a Chromo Journal wherein chromotheraphy had been incorporated in. Based on the results, the stress level among students with low which stressors such as academic stress, family discord, and emotional stress were the specific factors.
